1. What is the Lakshmi charan ring?
It is a ring inspired by the charan (footprints) of Goddess Lakshmi. This one has a round green onyx disc with a small gold charan mark, framed by a scalloped motif border, on a gold plated adjustable band.

Charan means feet. Lakshmi’s footprints are drawn at doorways during Diwali and Dhanteras to welcome her into the home. Here the charan is a decorative mark on the green disc.
