Free shipping on all Prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery available on orders above Rs 1000, with an additional fee of Rs 200.  (COD is not available on pin codes in North East India and Jammu & Kashmir. Kindly contact us for COD in these pin codes. )

Standard shipping of Rs 2700 on all international orders.

Shipping and Returns Policy (India)

  • Please give us 5-7 days to ship your order (within India).
  • Please check all the information on size, length, weight and finish before placing your order. We mention all possible information on our website. All our pictures are high resolution and designs are clearly visible on each product page. In case you need more information, please contact us.
  • Each product goes through multiple quality checks before it is shipped to you. 
  • We do not offer refunds on orders once placed, but only EXCHANGE. There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. Your product is eligible for a ONE TIME exchange only. Every exchange request is treated as an individual case.
  • An exchange is offered only in case the product is damaged during transit or you face issues related to sizing/defect or a wrong product is delivered to you. 
  • The exchange will be offered in the form of a COUPON CODE (that can be applied at checkout) to purchase anything from the website and will not have an expiration date. The value of the coupon code shall exclude the shipping charges.  
  • There is no exchange on sale items.

Repair Policy

We offer lifetime repair policy for the accessories purchased from our website. The repair service could be subject to a minimal fee depending upon the repair required. Additional shipping charges (forward and reverse) are applicable. 

This policy is applicable only on orders placed via www.totapari.com, and not applicable on orders placed on any other platform. 

Shipping and Returns Policy (International)

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of lost shipments.
  • Exchange is accepted only if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.
  • For any exchange, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Prices are EXCLUSIVE of custom duties. 

    Steps to follow for EXCHANGE

    • We take a lot of care to ensure that the product is packed properly before dispatch. In the unlikely case of a damage, please inform us along with photographs and unboxing video of the product and package within 24 hours of receipt. 
    • Please note that complaints related to damages/missing product will not be accepted without an unboxing video right from opening the outer package till showing the jewellery, without any pause or cut. This also strengthens your case for an exchange in case of damage during transit.
    • Please email us at orders@totapari.com with your order number in the subject, and images of the product and the package, along with the specific reason why you want to exchange the product. 
    • The right to approve the exchange lies with our team. Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the product. Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange. The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer.
    • Once the concerned team checks the description and confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation/ SMS/ Whatsapp message will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return. Exchange will be made only after we receive the shipment from you. 
    • If approved for exchange / replacement/ coupon code, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days.
    • Additional shipping cost is applicable.  

    Our team at Totapari will try its best to expedite the replacement process. However, the whole process from pick up to delivery of the replacement item can take upto 21 days.

        Product photographs and colours

        • We take pictures of all our products in natural light and ensure that the colours that are captured are as close as possible to the original. Colours may differ based on the light settings of your screen.
        • Also, most of our products are handcrafted, and slight variations may occur.
